Professional Training

With the right to experience a positive working environment, those who face the challenges of behaviours of concern, deserve the right to develop skills to enable them a positive person centred approach when dealing with behaviour that places that person and others at risk.

Our training offers a "person centred" approach, and gives the employee or service provider the skills to approach behaviours of concern in a positive and effective way dealing with facing challenging behaviour in a positive and effective manner.

This program provides a framework and techniques for the management of challenging behaviours, as well as dealing with situations where direct intervention by an employee has become necessary to prevent actual harm to the employee, or any other individual.

All training is run by a qualified instructor.
Diploma of Security & Risk Management.
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
