With the right to experience a positive working environment, those who face the challenges of behaviours of concern, and dealing with ICE affected individuals our training develops skills to enable them a positive person centred approach when dealing with behaviour that places that person and others at risk.

Our training offers a "person centred" approach, and gives the employee or service provider the skills to approach behaviours of ICE affected individuals in a positive and effective way, dealing with facing challenging behaviour in a positive and effective manner.

Training in dealing with ICE affected individuals by teaching skills and applying skills to deal with anger and aggressive behaviour.
