What is the difference between online and an attended seminar?

An attended seminar will obviously allow more flexibility and interaction in the learning environment. However, as there is no physical component to this course (No physical self-defence techniques) it can be undertaken online.

It was set-up for organisations that cannot pull staff off shifts all at the same time to attend training. Where the staff can undertake the training where it fits their workload and work hours.
