Our training programs focus on teaching techniques and applications for physical response to aggressive and violent confrontations. It covers dealing with both compliant and non-compliant individuals while following the Use of Force guidelines within the policies of the applicable country. It's important to note that all techniques and systems taught are within the law relating to the Use of Force guidelines.
MDTA training integrates with current training systems without replacing any techniques or systems provided by the approved Countries' training programs. Our training is designed to enhance the security officer's skills, providing a flexible and adaptable approach. Moreover, MDTA is fully capable of developing and implementing training programs for security organisations that are changing or creating new policies or training programs or where they are introducing specialised departments or special operations groups, ensuring that your training needs are fully met.

MDTA Situational Awareness training will teach your personnel to determine the difference between odd and suspicious behaviours and identify indicators that require quick intervention to avoid any possible threat.

Our Conflict Management training offers a "person centred" approach, and gives personnel the skills to approach behaviours of concern in a positive and effective way dealing with facing challenging behaviour in a positive and effective manner.
This program provides a framework and techniques for Conflict Management where direct intervention by personnel has become necessary to prevent actual harm to themselves, or any other individual. Applying negotiation and deescalation skills for harm minimisation.
